IMED Consulting recently added Mackenzie Roberts, Business Development Director, as the newest member of the IMED Consulting team.
Mackenzie is responsible for developing new business by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing, and closing sales, developing and maintaining relationships and recommending new sales strategies. She has recently created a new corporate identity for IMED Consulting and has developed a sales and marketing strategy for the company.
Mackenzie is skilled in the sales process and has a solid customer service and financial background. She studied Communications Studies at South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota with an emphasis in Speech.

Prior to joining IMED Consulting, Mackenzie worked in the financial industry with Dakotaland Federal Credit Union, Wells Fargo, and Northern Trust. She is skilled in business development, the sales process, customer service, and communication.
